Beekeeper's Cottage is a quaint little piece worked on a wonderful hand-dyed linen with all its little flecks and blotches. The fabric itself reminds me of raw beeswax that Teri and I once got from the monks at the monastery. It was the most elegant color and smell, but it was filled with bees and twigs. It is a small sampler with many bee motifs and each little odd stitch begins with a b. This is the perfect little fall project.
